Nigerian singers, Davido, Tiwa Savage, Don Jazzy, Cuppy, Reminisce, Olamide, Ladipoe and others are showing support to their colleague, Fireboy.

They hopped on Instagram to join Fireboy DML in campaigning for his hit song PERU to reach Number #1 on the UK official charts .

The song is currently at number 2 and 3 on various UK Official Charts, but if it reaches number 1, it will become the first afrobeat record to achieve such a feat.

Fireboy, Olamide and the others reposted the picture with #perufornumber1 on their IG stories. They urged their fans and followers to aggressively stream the song and help Fireboy make history.

Peru was released mid 2021 and the Remix which featured Ed Sheeran came out late (Dec.) 2021 with an official music video.
